This is different from steps for employees.
Webmail
If you are using webmail, use this address : https://webmail.global-mmk.hr
Username is your full mail address, password is platform password.
When you login to webmail, Click on Password and security to change your password on something else
Click on checkbox to remember to go direct to inbox and click on roundcube.
Outlook
Repeat steps from webmail to change your password. After this go to outlook, delete mail account.
After you deleted account, click on the same option window to add account, but with different options. Click on configure account manually, click on IMAP and then add next:

Outgoing server : secure.helpdesk-international.hr
Port : 465
